Our Rent-Back Promise covers you — if WeHouse delays beyond the committed handover date, we compensate your rent for that period. Milestone-linked execution keeps delays visible early.
No. The E-Monitoring dashboard, CCTV access, and weekly photo/video reports let you track progress from anywhere. Site visits are optional but always welcome.
From Day 1 you get a login to track all 24 milestones, view live CCTV feeds, receive weekly progress reports, and see cost tracker updates. Each stage requires engineer sign-off before the next payment is released.
We use ISI-certified materials from verified brand partners (Ultratech, TATA Tiscon, Asian Paints, Kajaria, and more). Package tiers define the brand shortlist — upgrades and substitutions are documented with cost impact before approval.
