Our Story

Built on a simple frustration

In 2017, Sripad Nandiraj returned to India and co-founded WeHouse with Rohan Vinayak Reddy after seeing firsthand how broken the home construction experience was — contractors who quote one price and charge another, no visibility on site, delays with no accountability, and no one to call when things go wrong.

WeHouse was built to end that experience. Not as another contractor, but as a full-stack construction platform — architects, engineers, project managers, material suppliers, and a real-time monitoring dashboard under one contract, with a fixed price and a timeline we actually honour.
